New World of Warcraft Expansion Announced
As promised by Blizzard some weeks ago. The new World of Warcraft expansion named “Legion” was announced today at Gamescom 2015.
The expansion is based around the return of the Burning Legion to Azeroth and Heroes of the MMORPG “World of Warcraft” have to take the fight to them at their Staging Ground based on the Broken Isles.
As part of the announcement a few things were revealed.
- A new level cap of 110
- A new Class “Demon Hunter” based on WoW’s infamous villian Illidan
- Artifact Weapons – Weapons that are upgradable through player actions.
- A new honor system – reportedly allowing for seperate talents/skills for pvp
- Class Orders – a new system allowing players of the same class to undertake certain events.
Gul’dan will be making an appearance as one of the bosses in the upcoming raids and it look’s like, alongside the Demonic Legion itself, the Vyrkul will be making a re-appearance into the game. Perhaps we can look forward to a storyline surrounding WoW’s human race and it’s barbaric progenitors also.
